Я решила пошутить и сказала, что нудо бы написать письмо в МинФин по этому вопросу.
И что вы думаете? Спустя 30 календарных дней она мне пишет снова. Она реально написала! Ну и ей ответили, что надо платить😥
Скриншотов не осталось, дело было лет 8 назад. Но я ту девушку помню до сих пор. Олицетворение надежды, буквально😆

But the same encryption technology has also made them a favored communication tool for criminals and terrorist groups, including al Qaeda and the Islamic State.
